    If you are looking for good payment you should go for computer science for good college. otherwise you should go for career that you like very well . If you like it pls click on thumb.

    Seats for petroleum are very few as compare to cs. so competition for petroleum is high. And IT sector is at there peak for giving good package. Better to go for CS if you do not have good mark in entrance.

    it hardly depends on your interest.
    but there is a new course introduced to some of the Indian universities called B.S.if you are getting an eligibility for this course that has specialization in cloud computing and bigdata.100percentplacement assuured course.interesting fact about this course is

    Computer applications are always accepted in almost all departments. Go for what you want to pursue. Not what's trending right now

    Computer science is in more demand because it is required in all sectors but that does not mean petroleum does not have any future. Both are different and a student should focus on interest rather than branch. I am an automobile engineer, I never thought of any other branch as I love cars and bike.
