There are many and the prominent ones are IITs, NITs, Delhi College of Engineering (Now Delhi Technological University), Jadavpur University, College of Engineering Pune, VJTI, UICT and many. It depends what you want. You should choose on the basis of your specialisation, past placement and ranking. You need to take IIT JEE to get entry into any IIT.
