Not even IIT, some good private colleges also provide good placement like Manipal University, LPU, Shreeram University, etc.

IITs and NITs have good engineering placements. Some other universities have very good placements in India like BITS, LPU, AMITY, VIT, etc.
In many states, there are many different colleges which have best placement.
In Gujarat DAIICT, DDIT, MSU, NIRMA give good placements in engineering. -
BITS, Pilani is also a good choice.
