    Hello!
Choosing a right academic partner is a task and at the same time choosing the right course is another. B.Tech syllabus is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA primarily because it delves into a lot more subjects than BCA. Job scope: Software engineering. BCA is a good platform for higher studies. BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). Market also demands more of B.Tech graduates. Now looking on the other prospect of question, Why LPU?
    1) The staff is highly qualified many from II

    Hi,
LPU provides quality CSE education with industry experienced faculty members, high-quality infrastructure, at an affordable cost with various scholarship programs to the deserving students. With various great opportunities and platform for students in the CSE branch to learn and develop themselves to take in the corporate world. Recently, 3 students were recruited by Amazon at the package of 28 LPA for their AI Skills. That is like 2.33 Lacs per month. In addition, the same company Amazon is again coming to LPU as a Joint Campus drive with the same package of 28 LPA as on end of March 2019. It really does come down to the knowledge

VIT has an age old name, legacy and heritage, it is a respected college, but LPU is no less in fact it is an easy choice to make as LPU is miles ahead of all private universities in the country in all parameters which matter. LPU has achieved in last 15 years what big names have not been able to achieve in 50 years: The trust of students all across India as well as Internationally. Curriculum: LPU curriculum is designed in exhaustive consultations with industry and is upgraded every semester depending on the feedback received from the employers of current students. Technologies: Large number of technologies are a part of curricula like

I think, LPU will be a better option from many factors. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30,000 students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its pla

LPU is better option to join for B.Tech in CSE because B.Tech provides quality education and Placements to the students also as recently B.Tech CSE and IT students got placement in VMware company with 9 LPA. Whereas LPU also provides placement enhancement classes to the students for preparation for the companies placements. So better to join LPU and have great future a head.

As I don't know about the other institutes that what they are providing or what sort of education system they have but for the LPU I can share some facts regarding the LPU-
Campus Infrastructure: LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hours free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and a huge collection of textbooks and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available. LPU happens to be India's the largest private university and the only private

    Hi Simar,
Being a student of LPU, I would recommend it as I am aware of it much more and about VIT, you can check on their website. Many of my friends and junior too are in CSE branch of LPU and are really doing good and are fully satisfied with the faculty members and placements and practical knowledge imparted to them. Actually, Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology UG Programmes have been designed primarily to suit the needs of the students who aspire to be the future engineers, managers or entrepreneurs with a strong grounding in accounting and finance. The students are encouraged to undertake assignments/project w

Difference between the B.Tech and BCA. BCA or Bachelor of Computer Application imparts knowledge about computer applications whereas B.Tech CSE trains students for computer engineering. BCA is of 3 year duration and B.Tech is of 4 year duration. BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. )
If we talking about the institute, LPU or VIT, both the institutes are doing well at their places. However, if talk about B.Tech CSE, LPU has more scope. The curriculum, pedagogy, infrastructure and the most important placements are the fac

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
