Hello, As per my views, LPU is more better than JECRC for CSE because LPU is one of the most reputed college in India and having a position against private colleges. Also the infrastructure, teaching methodology, placements and overall development of students are upto the mark. But if you don't get LPU, then you can go for any good JECRC. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
