Both of the universities are good at their own place. Here you need to do the comparison. A good university is the one where is good faculty, infrastructure, placements, events, etc. By comparing these features, you can take the decision. You can visit to websites of both or can visit to campus. One of my known is in LPU in the same course. Reviews are pretty good.
But you need to be wise.

I would recommend you go for LPU because it is a very good option for B.Tech in CSE. They provide you with the best teaching faculty, better facilities and more than that good placement assistance. -

LPU is comparatively better than JECRC because rank wise LPU is better choice than JECRC but still you can check the reviews about those institutes online.

If you are seeking admission in an engineering college, then I would like to suggest LPU as the first preference. It is one of the most reputed private college. It is the best option in every context whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. JECRC is also a good college but if we compare it with LPU then LPU is better.
