I will say that you should reject both the option. Go for any other colleges, if you want to get better results for your B.Tech degree. In LPU, you will have to pay higher fee for no better results and about JECRC, because it doesn't comes under RTU. I think it will also not provide you a better future. I will suggest you, if you are having chance for JEE Main then go for it, and have better results.

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes

Both are good on their own grounds but One must consider pursuing B.Tech CSE in LPU because of the following points:1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries. 2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. You no need to go outside in case of any need such as food, hospital, indoor/Outdoor sports stadium, etc. 3. Highly qualified faculty. Many specializations are provided by the CSE department such as AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. 4. Every year more than 90% of students placed for the CSE branch in many MNCs such Amazon, Code Nation,

It is the reality what I have experience in LPU during my graduation and post graduation that this place is actually too good not for engineering only but for overall education in every field. LPU is made up of all those things which can transform a person into wonderful personality in all aspects if you take things positively and yes seriously too. LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 Lacs

Jecrc has provided the highest package of Rs. 44 Lacs and approved by UGC. It has many facilities such as a library, and cafeteria. Hostel, Wi-Fi campus, labs, sports complex, and many more. On the other hand, LPU has been ranked 66 by NIRF 21 and 33 by Shiksha collections 21. please refer to this page for more information https://www.shiksha.com/compare-jecrc-university-vs-lpu-jalandhar-id-228430-227805.
  • Hope you can go with LPU which very good compared with SRM in terms of fees. LPU has nice infrastructure and standard education.

Lovely Professional University is better than JECRC. LPU is miles ahead of all private universities in the country in all the following parameters. Lovely Professional University (LPU) has a placement cell that provides employment opportunities to its students. Apart from the placements, the University also provide internship opportunities to its UG and PG students. Every year, hundreds of companies participate in the placement drive and select students from LPU. During LPU placements 2021, a total of 635 companies participated and offered the highest salary package of Rs 42 LPA. LPU has a wide network of alumni working across various

  • Both are equally good on their own grounds, One must understand two important things here, One is the highest number of placements in one B.Tech domain, the other is the highest packages offered on the other B.Tech domain. These days almost all B.Tech specializations are in demand. Everyone looks for an institution that has an unbeatable placement record, I would like to recommend those who have valid and eligible JEE Main scores then they could go for Lovely Professional University that offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. Some of the points why one must c

Hey, so for LPU's end-term exam in Physical Education, you need at least 30% marks in the end-term itself, plus an overall 40% combining continuous assessment and end-term. That's the standard across their PE programs, and they've got a cool holistic review if you hit the aggregate but miss the end-term bit—super fair way to keep things student-friendly. Attendance stays key at 75% min, which makes sense for staying active in sports stuff. LPU really nails this balance, helping folks like us push through without harsh cutoffs, way better for building real fitness skills. No wonder it's a top pick—keeps motivation high and stress lo

The Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) of LPU for the 2025 admissions into PE/sports programs was conducted in several schedules, with the latest being on August 26, 2025 (Schedule VI). For the year 2026, tentative dates start on April 16, running until August, in 6 phases. Please check the website for updates.

Hey guys, so I checked the official LPU site for the BPEd course fee, and for the first year, it's around INR1 Lacs to INR1.09 lakhs, covering tuition at INR50,000 per semester plus exam fees of about INR4,500-INR5,000 each. That's super reasonable for a top-notch programme with awesome sports facilities and scholarships up to 60% if you score well in LPUNEST—like INR96,000 off per semester for high performers. LPU really makes it accessible without compromising quality, way better value than many places I've seen. Total for two years is INR2-2.18 lakhs, but first-year payment is straightforward via UPI or whatever. If you're into ph

Hey, so from what I've checked on LPU's official site, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for sports programs like B.P.Ed is totally offline. It's this practical fitness check with stuff like a 50m sprint, standing broad jump, medicine ball throw (3kg for guys, 2kg for girls), and a 1000m run/walk—all done on campus with invigilators watching to keep it fair.
No online version here since it's hands-on physical activities, and you gotta bring your own sports kit or they won't let you in. LPU runs it in multiple schedules based on registrations, super flexible for everyone. Honestly, it's cool how they make it real-world ready witho

Hey, so the LPU Physical Efficiency Test (PET) isn't some super long drag—it's more like a quick fitness check that usually wraps up in 20 to 45 minutes, depending on how fit you are. You've got to nail a 50m sprint, standing broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3kg for guys, 2kg for gals), and a 1000m run/walk, all in one go with up to two tries. No fixed "hours" timer since it's practical stuff, not a marathon sit-down exam.LPU keeps it real and fair, testing real stamina for sports courses like B.P.Ed—super helpful to see if you're ready without wasting your day. Bring your own kit or you're out, but slots are flexible
