Which is better for B.Tech in CSE: LPU or JECRC?

As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of 2012 batch, the knowledge that I gained while my course duration has helped me a lot in shaping my career. I am currently working as an Application Development Analyst in Accenture, Noida. To begin with, LPU provides a lot of options in engineering only. It is one of the most highlighted courses. It has B.Tech and B.Tech (Hons) courses. B.Tech (Hons. ). (CSE- Data Science & Data Engineering), B.Tech (Hons. ). (CSE- Cyber Security and BlockChain/), B.Tech (Hons. ). (CSE- Full Stack Software Development). With time they had introduced my new programs considering in mind the change occurring in technology. LPU has been ranked in the top 100 private universities by many outer agencies such as Business Today, golden star awards, Digital learning, zee news etc. More than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU Following is the data showing the placements of LPU students by top brand companies. 1. Microsoft with a package of 42 Lacs per annum. 2. Amazon with a package of 16 Lacs per annum The main concern of every student and their parents is the job and LPU fulfills that requirement. According to the placement data of 2019-20 LPU has given jobs to 90% of their students appearing in the interview. Even in 2020-21 placement record was up to 72% considering the lockdown situation and rising cases of corona patients, LPU has delivered its promise. All my batch mates were working in reputed companies in India as well as abroad.

According to my point view JECRC is good for B.Tech in CSE, but the same programme at LPU is the best option. CSE is one of the engineering specialisations. However, candidates pursuing this programme have the option of further choosing amongst various other specialisations like telecommunication, web designing, computer hardware and software implementation and maintenance, etc. For getting admission in LPU 1st you have to fulfil the eligibility criteria, student has to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. LPU gives the best opportunity work with reupdated company with higher salary package. On the behalf of LPU NEST test you not only get admission at LPU but also you get scholarship with good score of LPU NEST test. LPU has good infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself; a student does not need to go outside for anything. As per my experience with LPU, Lovely Professional University, they do not talk about job placements, but career placements. As per students interest and inclination towards his or her career choice LPU provide career pathways and accordingly changes are done in the students curriculum based on the pathway being opted by students like:Corporate jobs. Government Jobs, Higher studies, Entrepreneurship and Research. I have spent 4 years in LPU and yes of course I have been placed in good company with the handsome package. Honestly saying LPU has great role in this. When I joined LPU I was not good in speaking, presenting but LPU gave me all required inputs through PEP classes and Soft Skill Classes which actually groomed me. LPU has separate department of career services which help students in every step As per the last year record of LPU The average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10lakh per annum and the maximum packages were 30 to 40 Lacs.

Both the Universities are good at their standards. LPU is considered to be better than JECRC due to high placement rate, better infrastructure and faculty. You can compare the universities using compare function of Shiksha homepage.
