If you are working already, then you can upgrade your knowledge and skills by doing distance MBA also. But, make sure you enroll into the best university. Regular MBA requires time to study & perform & any how after this also, you will do job so better during this 1 or 2 years you can earn as well as learn by distance MBA.

Instead of a distance, rather you can pursue part time MBA or a executive MBA (if you have a work exp. of more than 5 years) too. They are better option than that of a distance MBA.

On the other hand, a regular MBA requires full-time commitment, and attending classes on-campus may be difficult if you are working full-time. However, a regular MBA may provide better networking opportunities, access to resources, and a more immersive learning experience. Ul

Both courses have their own pros and cons. If you want to attend regular college then, you can go for a regular or full-time MBA and if you want to do a job and do not have time to attend regular classes then, a distance MBA is best for you.
