If you are a working professional who wants to take their career to the next level and wants to pursue an MBA degree course but do not have time to attend the regular classes because you're doing a full-time job and you cannot attend the regular classes in a college, then a distance MBA is a right programme for you if you want to make your career in the field of business management. And if you want to do your distance MBA with proper recognition, their all courses are UGC approved & also WES approved for Canada PR.

Regular MBA. Mostly, it is seen that companies value regular MBA. If you have no option then go for distance MBA from renowned institutes like IGNOU, Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal, etc.

For a working professional, MBA through distance mode is a better option. But if you do not have any personal constraints go for regular MBA and the reason for that is. Distance MBA may give you a lot of opportunities for promotion in the company you are working but regular MBA will provide you with opportunities for different companies.

Part-Time/Distance MBA is good for working professionals, but career growth has limited exposure compared to full time MBA.

People do regular MBA after job experiences because it is very good in comparison to distance MBA.
Distance MBA is suitable only for two reasons:
1. Financial problems.
2. Due to some reason or situations he cannot go for regular MBA. -
If you are an executive with 5 years of experience, you can opt for one year PGP executive Program in institutes like IIMs (entry through their prescribed tests/interview), and IBS, Hyderabad. Classroom teaching is a must if you want the real value addition to your current qualification. Part-time (slow track) programs (3 years evening course) for working executives are also available. For the former, you may need to either resign from your job and join the course or get sponsorship from your current employer.
