If you are a working professional and continue your current job, than distance MBA is preferred for you. You can do your MBA from IGNOU, Symbiosis, SMU and ICFAI University. If you are financially sound and take break for two year for studies, than you should go for regular MBA from a reputed institute.

Distance or Executive MBA program are better for those who want to grow in the SAME organisation. For upskilling, these are good and can keep.both things. your job and education. But, if you can leave job and go for a regular one and then, want to try afresh with the experience, nothing better than that. But, decide according to your conditions and limitations.

Distance MBA would be more suitable for a working professional.
