You should always do regular MBA, so you can learn something, if you do distance, it just add qualification but it is useless.

For working professionals MBA through distance learning will be the better option as you can continue your job and can get a qualification along with it. -
If your company is supporting you for the distance education programme then you can opt for a distance course. -
If your company is supporting you for distance MBA the you should carry on. -
For working professionals, executive MBA is good as compared to regular MBA. It gives boost to your career.

Working professionals can go for the Executive MBA program which is for 1 year only. It will be cost effective and save your time as well.
