I am passing 12th with P.C.M and what graduation I choose B.Tech,BSC,BA for IAS and also which is helpful for me in IAS preparations

If you go for B.Sc or BA honors in economic then it will be very much beneficial for you in terms of your career prospects along with cracking IAS. -
There is no such thing that makes any difference because there are many engineers who are IAS officers now and many CAs and commerce students too. The rate of BA students is getting low. The reason is when yo go for a professional degree, you explore many things which you can't easily and in IAS, you have to have a good knowledge of your subject and course. Be practical, go for B.Sc (Hons) or B.Tech.

It depends upon your interest but for any science student {pcm}, b.tech is quite better from any prestigious institute. But, if only IAS is the dream of your life then go for BA, it will help you a lot. And, you should doing preparation from the beginning of graduation like to focus on current affairs, reading books of IAS etc. at your level.
B.tech will enhance your potential because after joining any reputed college, you will have to face so much of exam, practical s, External, internal, etc. So for that thing, you have to study a lot which is necessary for IAS preparation.

B.Tech has the most scope among what all you have mentioned but IAS, I think BA will be the best option.
