It is not necessary to give CAT, MAT, XAT provided you have qualified LPUNEST. However, if you have already qualified CAT, MAT, XAT then you will be exempted from LPUNEST.

No, it's not like that. As you have scored 72%, that is not bad, you will be granted direct entry on the basis of your graduation performance. Qualifying XAT-MAT-CAT is an option for entry in LPU but not the only criteria, you can avail an MBA through your graduation marks also.
