Hi,
Eligible Course Instructors can be appointed on payment of training fee of Rs.15,000/- for a period of 5 years by executing an agreement. It can be renewed after 5 years on payment of prescribed renewal fee.
The course instructor is given a certificate of training which has to be displayed in the center.
There is no center in Mumbai. Their Registered and Corporate Office is in Chennai and Regional Office at Bangalore.

No, you are not eligible for B.A as the minimum eligibility asks for a pass in class XII. Ideally you should pick B.TECH or B.E in Automobile Engineering 2nd year through lateral entry.
Else if you are very keen on pursuing B.A, you can complete class XII through National Institute of Open Schooling, which is recognized by the Central Government is equivalent to any other board of education.
Also individuals from NIOS are definitely eligible to write any entrance exam and opt for their field of interest. So, you can proceed further.
