If you mean Bsc in hotel management, then as per your academic profile pursuing MBA in HR or marketing would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA.

Of course he is eligible. There are some colleges which give more credit to Maths marks. Some colleges consider Maths and particular subject marks. For that you need to provide your curriculum from university stamp. There is long procedure.
To sum up he is eligible. GRE score matters a lot.
