Yes, Indian CA is recognized in Canada.
However, you cannot get admission in Canada in any university on the basis of B COM pass as the degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement in Canada is 4 years and above. If you want to apply abroad on the basis of your BCOM degree, i would recommend applying to UK and Australia.

If you want to pursue your studies in Canada only, then you would be required to pursue a post graduate diploma of 1 year duration which would make you eligible to apply in Canada.

correspondence will not be advantageous in getting into Canada. and also 10+2+4 years of education is a welcome over there. but for A/c it might be favorable but check thoroughly with the entry requirement. but Singapore can help u in this context by applying to private univs.

There are many institutes in India which are offering Masters in Hotel Management and every institute has its own admission procedure and the same would vary as to which institute you are interested. As for FHRAI there is no entrances required.
