Which course do you want to apply for ? Also, what is the level of the course(bachelors, masters or PHD)?

The eligibility for writing the ECIL exam is First Class with 65% in aggregate and above in Engineering Degree from a recognized university. It may not be possible to provide the previous exam papers yet to practice you can consider the nearest book shops which would be having reference text for this purpose along with the syllabus that needs to be followed.

Hi,
It is mandatory to give the TOEFL. You can submit an application without the TOEFL score and apply for a TOEFL waiver but if you do not get the waiver, you would have to take the TOEFL. In any case, you would be required to take the TOEFL for the visa. So it is recommended that you take the TOEFL anyway.
I would also like to let you know that MBA requires you to have 2 years of Full Time work experience atleast. Therefore, if you do not have work experience, i would recommend dropping the idea of pursuing MBA for the time being and concentrate on your work experience.
