Which course do you want to apply for ? Also, what is the level of the course(bachelors, masters or PHD)?
Whatever course you apply for, you would be applying online i.e. through an electronic application which would include your personal details, SOP, LOR's(Incase you want to apply for a masters or PHD program).

It is mandatory to give the TOEFL. You can submit an application without the TOEFL score and apply for a TOEFL waiver but if you do not get the waiver, you would have to take the TOEFL. In any case, you would be required to take the TOEFL for the visa. So it is recommended that you take the TOEFL anyway.
I would also like to let you know that MBA requires you to have 2 years of Full Time work experience atleast. Therefore, if you do not have work experience, i would recommend dropping the idea of pursuing MBA for the time being and concentrate on your work experience.
