People work for people. In my career, spanning over 20 years, I have seen lot of people getting into HR, and turning out, to be failures. You need to have it in you, to become a successful HR professional. The other option, is to look at making a career, in teaching. You can look at combining, Comunicative English with Soft Skills.

Although, there are different rules and regulations followed by different Colleges but, there are institutes which do allow such transfers, provided they have correspondence department. So, if ICG has a separate correspondence or distance education department you can consult them directly and get the required information.

There are not many Institutes giving courses in Acupuncture Training, the ones I could found in Mumbai are: Indian Academy of Acupuncture Science, ATAMA which is a recognized study centre of IGNOU, IGNOU also provide online diploma courses which you can check.
