What degree you choose to pursue would largely depend on your own interests & career aspirations. However, MBA is one degree which gels with every profession whose market value is never going to die. As far as MBA specialization is concerned again you should keep your own interests in mind. You being a law graduate can choose fields like Human Resource, Operations etc. International Business can also be a good option for you as you will study about international law through this specialization.

There is less difference between the two courses in terms of the syllabus however, it depends on the institute which offers either of the courses and also on your personal preference.

Both the study options will bring in better career opportunities in both - Govt. and Private sector depending on the person's credibility.
PhD is a rare option to get with Tourism as the specialization as this field is more related to customer interaction, customer delight and satisfaction.
