To make up for the 16 year education you can opt for a one year PG Diploma in India. You may opt for distance learning courses as well. Just make sure the programmes and the university is recognized by UGC-DEC such as IGNOU etc.
Secondly, you must have atleast 2 or 3 years work experience without which you will not be considered for admissions into any MBA programmes in USA and elsewhere. GMAT/GRE scores will be required. Unfortunately, every b-school requires some kind of competitive examination ( CAT, GMAT etc ) score for admission purposes.
In case someone has more than 7-8 years of work-experience, he/she can skip the examination and can directly take part in the program. ( This is only applicable for certain colleges ) As I see, this does not apply to you as you have just graduated, it is better to prepare for examination and secure an admission.

is three years course specially based on computer application and utilized for programming . by doing you will have knowledge of computer programming . just like B sc computer or BCA. after this course you can plan for M sc computer science . than Phd in computer science . you can opt your career in computer or software career in MNC or you can plan in education fields also . all the best . best of luck
