Well there are many Universities / Institutes in India offering Masters in Agriculture and following is the list of a few of such institutes offering similar courses:

As for forestry is concerned, there are a few Institutions which can offer specialized courses in Forestry like the ones given below:

Facilities
The state-of-art infrastructure includes well-equipped spacious lecture halls, an ultra modern auditorium, a well-stocked library; Wi-Fi enabled campus, Computer laboratory, a well-equipped Gymnasium, yoga hall, aerobics hall and new sports facilities. Hi Raj,
It is difficult to understand as to why you plan to leave your B.tech that you are already pursuing and willing to take admission through Lateral entry again in B.tech. Firstly, by doing this you will be investing another few years for a Bachelor degree only, and secondly, opting for lateral entry is possible only if you have attained a diploma in engineering. Instead I would suggest you to pursue the course that you have already enrolled for but if you are still keen to go for B.tech from another institute, you will have to start afresh with the course.
