Journalism and MBA are entirely different studies and have different approach. Getting a MBA degree with specialization in Journalism is too rare to be mentioned, however, if you are keen to pursue a career in journalism then better look for Masters in Journalism or else if you are keen to go for the management field only then opt for MBA.
There are many institutes in India offering either of the courses and it is always advised to opt for the regular mode of education instead of the distance mode as this would offer lesser prospects and education quality.
