Hi Prajna,
If you are planning to appear for NET Examination, which is a requirement to become a lecturer in government Institutes, then i would say that the eligibility to sit for NET Examination is that the person should have Masters degree from a UGC recognized University with 55% aggregate marks, there is no upper age limit for candidates appearing only for eligibility for lectureship.

Three best institutes for Banking domain to my knowledge Which provide MBA in banking and finance are IIBF (Mumbai), NIB (Pune), TKWs IBF (Delhi). Whichever MBA you join, look at the course curriculum and make sure that their are enough subjects related to Banking. It should not be a course which has just added 3-5 banking papers to a regular mba program.

You can go for SAP courses, there are several modules in SAP which you can opt for like SAP ERP, BI, SAP CRM and many more, so, depending on your interests and career aspiration and keeping in mind your strong area you can choose the module.
I would like to add here that if you are keen to do SAP to do it from an authorized training center doing it from any other institute which is not authorized would be waste of time and money, moreover, SAP training from an authorized Institute will give you better job opportunities due to their market recognition.
