Hi Manjay,
As for the accreditation and the value of NIOS is concerned, it is approved by the Government of India and one can opt for regular education after completing his/her schooling through NIOS. Yet I would suggest you to inquire with the colleges directly as there are many institutes which specifically require regular mode students.

Although, advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA from a decent B-School, as it only gives you good practical exposure but also helps you in getting better job opportunities, as Correspondence programs are generally for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and are looking for a rise in their current organization.

Your score makes you eligible to apply to this university, however, the score is a little bit on the lower end to get you admission for the masters in economics program. You can try applying to the university. You will have to make sure you frame exceptional LOR's and Essays or else admission may get really difficult. Also, your MBA and UG percentage would play a very important role in getting you admission as your GRE score is just satisfactory.
