Start by creating a realistic schedule of daily work.
Use only the official materials.
Do the practice problems first, then do regular practice testing
Find someone with whom you can review the questions you get wrong.
Manhattan and ETS are the best book for preparation.

I would like to say that Media line itself is so challenging and film making will be more of skill and fund based. To start your career in film making it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So I would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge. With a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, you can look for M.tech in areas like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence etc.
