HI Zaid, There is no problem with a gap year as long as you can give documentary evidence of what you were doing that year. You definitely are eligible for a MAsters course in any country. In the UK you can try for Lancaster Unviersity, University of East London, Univ of Strathclyde, Bournemouth Univ, Brunel, De Mont Ford university for Computer science related courses. Cardiff, Aberdeen, LJMU, Holborn college, London school of Commerce, London school of business and finance for MBA.

Following are some key points to be kept in mind:
Start by creating a realistic schedule of daily work.
Use only the official materials.
Do the practice problems first, then do regular practice testing
Find someone with whom you can review the questions you get wrong.
Manhattan and ETS are the best book for preparation.

Dear Harshad, You can give MCSE or CCNA exams without regular classes too. You can able to complete your certification from any prometric center liks NIIT, APtech. It will cost you around 6K per certification.
