Hi, it appears your application is under the category of 'need to review"; this is very likely if there is a of more than 12 months since your last education/job or have scored less than 60% in in 10th & 12th and less than 50% in graduation/PG. If this is so, it will take approx. 15 weeks for your application to be allocated to an immigration officer & thereafter 4-8 weeks for a decision. You may or may not be required to appear for an interview.

Hey friend, i don't think you should put the limitation of any location when it comes to your career. Rather, focus more on getting admission at the best place wherever it is. If you want to pursue engineering, then the best institutes are IITs. Other than them, there is BITS Pilani, Delhi Technical University, NIT etc. If you want to pursue engineering in unique specialization, you can consider UPES Dehradun. It offers advanced and new age courses. Due to its programs and good faculty, the university has carved a niche for itself in he educational sector.

As I know MBA is a better option because PGDM is a diploma course which has low value than a graduation course. PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Mgt.
