you need to do smart work- It should be specific, measurable(in terms of your improvement), attainable(should be with in your reach), time bound( You should be in a position to define by a particular time and should be realistic) . If you do this, then you can become the best in IT field

As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance to the students it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion or judgment about a particular Institute. However, if you talk about the level of the course a degree programme will always have a better standing in the job market than a PG Diploma; moreover, ICFAI Gurgaon is an Autonomous Institute which is not approved by any Education body like UGC or AICTE, whereas BVIMR is an AICTE approved Institute under the BVP (Deemed University).
