If you are very sure to do MBA, then you have to complete your graduation to apply to most ofthe good B-Schools so, the option to do CA is out, now choosing between B.Com and BCA, as you are sure about doing MBA after completing your graduation you can opt for B.Com as B.Com will give you a strong base in subjects like Financial accounting, Business Economics and other Commerce and Business related subjects which will help you in your MBA.
However, I would like to add here that the most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your stream is your own interests and career aspirations.

Sheldon, If you are not interested in science then my advice is to follow your heart and go for commerce. Have a heart to heart discussion with your parents and explain your reasons for choosing commerce. Parents have best interests of child and I'm sure they'll support you if your reasons are genuine.

Hi Arun PGDBA from an institute approved by AICTE means.the college from which you have obtained the degree has fulfilled all the norms laid down by AICTE and is a valid and Reliable degree. But PGDBA is a one year diploma course and is not equal to MBA as far as my knowledge goes.
