Is is as good as a student can be in hs/her studies. Yes Joy, what I mean to tell you is that one can never judge university to be good or not that good without appraising it on some parameters. There are top ranking students from all universities wh make a name for themselves if they apply themselves at the education and later at the job. Similarly I am sure there must be top ranking students from this Universitiy also. If you have choice then put up the names to other universities as well alongwith your criteria so that one can advice you for the selection. If you do not have any option then catch the bull by its horms, join the universitiy and set yourself the goal of excelling in the education.

There is no such authentic list of institutes that i can give you. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. Even if you have to travel to timbuctoo or chandigarh for that matter, it is important for your life, so do it. Wish you the best for your career. As shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would not be fair on my part to give my personal opinion or judgment on any specific Institute. However, all the mentioned institutes are good with +1 or -1 in ranking.
Few of the good Institutes which you may try are: D.Y. Patil, Sinhgad, etc.

Hi Sesha, no it does not offer.
But the course is offered by TU Braunschweig. you can try here if you would liek to.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
