no much difference. just in regular you get more practical while in distance you get less. employers preffer the regular mca candidates while offering the jobs. in govt sector the value of both mca is same. just take care from which university or institute you are doing distance mca,should be recognised.

Hi Rahul,
As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion or judgment on a particular Institute. However, I would like to say that TASMAC which gives a degree through University of Wales UK is not recognized by any of the Indian Educational body like UGC or AICTE.

there are two preliminery papers. one is of general study, while another is of your optional subject. pre is followed by main that is followed by interview. after clearing all the three stages candidates are sent for training. for paper different states have their different criteria. for more details kindly tell me your state.
