Hi Mohana,
It would be difficult to give you concrete road-map to improvise on your studies, the only thing I would suggest you to be focused and see which are your week areas and try to improve on those week areas practice as much as possible, as practice is the only key. Another very important thing which you should keep in mind is Time Management, if you can divide your time well I think half your problem will be solved.

National Institute of Human Resource Development
Gayathri Academy for Management Education
Loyola College
Few of the good Institutes outside Chennai are: Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, IILM, XLRI, TISS etc.

If the Bsc degree is a 4 year degree, only then can you go for a Msc degree in US. However, Bsc degree's in India are 3 years in duration, therefore, you would not be eligible to pursue your Ms in US.

for studies age is not a limit dear. you can do it in any age. just visit www.ignou.ac.in. as you have not done 12th class, you will have to go through a bpp (bechlar prepratory program) of 3 months then you can enroll for graduation. hats off you to your caurage. wish you all the best dear.
