Hello Animesh,
You did not mention which year you are into. But anyway, the earlier one starts preparing for CAT, the better.
CAT is a tough nut to crack.
Also, I would ask you to not believe over others while choosing a coaching center for yourself.
Rather, I would ask you to shortlist famous ones from your city and then go for some demo classes and then decide.
You will be able to judge better.

You will need to give various entrance exams first like CAT, CET, MAT, XAT, IBSAT, IIFT, ATMA, GMAT, etc. Applications for the same would be starting from this year for batch of 2018 probably some entrance exams application dates are also announced. Please visit the respective examination bodies and check for their enrolment procedure. In order to apply for the lateral entry scheme, you must have completed Diploma in Engineering. The Diploma course is taken after completing 10th standard and once you have completed it the best option is to apply for Bachelor of Technology course.

CA isn't offered by any college or university. This is only conducted by ICAI, needless to say that this is a government autonomous body. In order to do CA you have to first clear the entrance exam of CPT.
