Unfortunately, you have scored less than 60 % and hence I feel that your chances have diminished. It totally depends on your interest. All the universities design the course to make their students industry ready. As far as job and package is concerned it totally depends on the negotiating capability of the student and performance of the student in terms of the scorecard and in the interview. So, wherever you seek admission just make sure that your scorecard is good.

Good weather, nice location, pleasant weather. Nice location around the campus to spend your Sunday or small vacations. Small college around strength of 600+. No rush
Friendly faculty (few)
You can do creative work very easily on your own. (you'll know why).
Reliable facilities.
Rate of placement is satisfactory. Fees is good as compare to other private colleges.
Bad points:
Faculty is not too much Qualified. One badminton Court only.
Lacking Infrastructure.
Bad laboratories for ECE student. College Fest and other function are not properly organised. Avg salary is not too good. You will find range of student from 95% to 50%.
