Firstly, you must know what kind of career you are interested in so that you can proceed accordingly. Ask yourself if you are you still interested to study Science? What are your interests? What do you aspire to be? What are your likes and dislikes? Take a psychometric test and map your skills. Choose accordingly. You will have to appear for GRE/GMAT for the same.
Some universities require a two to three year work experience for giving admission to the students, where as some may give admission to a fresher.
