Dear friend you can do it but it depends on your university is your university is allowing you to do this or not otherwise you have to show one degree at a time because it is not recognised to do two degree at a time

No you are wrong. Fess increase is only for domestic students. Thsi will not affect the international students as already we are paying more than them. The post study work visa cannot be cancelled as you said. It is a law and if you want to change this law you need parliment approval. This will not happen for anothere two years.
