Hi Prashu,
To be eligible to sit for CFA Examinations you need to have a bachelors degree or equivalent. There are three levels in this Examination and you need to clear all the three levels to become a CFA. In India you can do it through either ICFAI Tripura or CFA institute.

Rohan - MBA in HR is a good option. But you can also for MSc HRM programmes that have a professional accreditation such as with CIPD. Advantage of such a Master's program is that the subjects covered meet the accreditation body requirement.
In Singapore - Look at MBA HR program offered through the Heriot Watt University at the EASB Institute. The degree is offered through the Edinburgh Business School

Hi Yagya,
There are many institutes in India to offer MCA courses. To get admission to any of the reputed institutions through regular mode, the minimum requirement is to qualify an entrance exam and the minimum eligibility to pursue MCA is a graduate degree from a recognized University and should have studied Maths in +2.
