Hi,
You can apply for the MA in education psychology - Major in Child Development and Family Studies. But your eligibility is not the concern. The concern is that you degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement is a 4 year degree or equivalent. I don't think you would be able to pursue this course in USA.

HI Chintan, Universities like Cambridge and Manchester require at least 3 yrs managerial work experience along with a GMAT score of 650+. Cardiff University is well known for its fresher MBA, which is the most expensive ones. Cardiff Univ doesn't ask for experience or GMAT score for its MBA. For you other suitable universities other than Cardiff would be Aberdeen, LJMU, Coventry.
