Although, all the Management programs are open to you as you have 20 yrs of work experience which is really huge, but the best option for you would be an EMBA from a decent B-School, which is specially made for working professionals like you. Few of the good Institutes giving EMBA program are:
IIMs (Bangalore, Calcutta, Ahmedabad)
XLRI Jamshedpur
IIT Mumbai
Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies

Although you can try to gain job opportunities from your graduate degree but then the options would be very limited and may find to have got stagnant after some time. I would suggest you to go for your Masters degree course like M.Com, MBA or any other depending on your interest and eligibility.

With regards to your qualifications, it would not be possible for you to pursue your further studies at this university or in Canada. You may get 1 or 2 admission offers in Canada but those universities will not really be very good.
You can possibly target some schools in Australia or some master courses in UK. They are the best available options for you.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

I would say as every individual is different so are there choices, however, both the subjects offer bright career options. I would suggest that while choosing the subject you only keep your interests & career aspirations in mind. However, if you are a person with good communication skills, leadership qualities and who like traveling a lot you should go for marketing & if you have good logical & quantitative skills and would like to do a lot of planning, managing of resources and policy formation you can opt for finance.
