Even though you are eligible to apply in the best considering you have excellent scores in your academics, admission would be difficult as you would be competing with students with GRE scores above 1400 and 1500 in some cases. You can make it easily to the 2nd tier universities but i would strongly recommend retaking the GRE and targeting a score above 1400 so that you can get admission in the best. Let me know if you are willing to retake the GRE so that i can suggest universities accordingly.

It would be impossible to get a university in the US in the field of pharmacy with 610 score. You can apply to universities that do not have a GRE requirement, however, you would need a very good percentage in your undergraduation for that. (Atleast 70% and above).
If you want to make it to a good university, you would need to score atleast 1000+ in the GRE with a minimum score of 500 in each section.
