Hi Rahul, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.
To crack the exam, the preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work.
You can read guide books like General Studies Manual, Indian Politics by Lakshmikanth, Ancient History by D.D.Kausambi’s, R.S.Agarwal [Arithmetic], Wren & Martin [English Grammar], Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation by Arun Sharma, etc. You may even study journals and even watch television for important news reports. Reading English newspapers will also help the students to get a good hold on the English language. Always keep the syllabus and past five years question papers.

US, is one of the finest study destination to pursue MS in computer science and related fields.
To pursue MS, from USA, you need to take:
1.GRE.
2.TOEFL or IELTS test.
GRE is a test which students, need to take who wish to pursue MS in science and engineering courses, most of the universities require GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
As the medium of education in US universities is English, so all the international students whose first or native language is not English, have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their English language proficiency.

Remembering the facts is necessary but not sufficient. You should start preparing now. Routinize or schedule your day effectively.

As a BCA graduate you can go for Post graduation courses like MBA, MCA, M.Sc IT etc. There are also advanced certification programs also which will add to your benefit. Before choosing any of the higher studies course you must analyze your career goal and aspirations by choosing a particular domain on the basis of your strengths and aptitude.
MCA is most commonly preferred by the graduates after BCA. With an MCA or M.Sc IT you can easily enter in to any of the good IT companies. You can also work as a part of the IT support. If you have the flair for teaching can also enter in to this field by appearing in the NET exam. With a Post graduation degree on board, you can even go for Ph.D programs in India or even abroad.

I would suggest you to take up either of the above two as both are highly dynamic, rewarding and challenging profession. As you have completed your masters degree, you can pursue Phd.In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:
