Hi Vikas,
Germany is a country known for its technical advancements specially Automobile and mechanical.
Admissions in German universities is done through GRE, IELTS/TOEFL etc. or any other exam as per the university requirement. As for scholarships, I would like to say that education in Germany is government funded but not management program so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
Also, as a friend I would suggest you to go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

The better option would be to go for a detailed study as rightly mentioned in the reply to you by Ms. Aru Chopra. Hi Vikas, what was your B.Tech specialization? Normally Master degree courses in Canada are research based except MBA courses. MBA courses are offered with specialization in Marketing, HRM, International Business etc and duration of course will be 2 years. First of all you have to understand the syllabus of Entrance exam for MBA.And then according to your interest you can start with your favorite topic.The very beginning level like book of R.S. aggrawal preparation guide.
and then shifted to higher level book like Arihant and Arun sharma which basically a higher level. but for going to that book you should have a command on your basics.
