To study M.Pharma there is an entrance test i.e., Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). GPAT is a national level examination conducted by MS University of Baroda to provide opportunity for the graduates in B.Pharm to do higher study in M.Pharm.
To be eligible, candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in the particular field.

Hi Omkar, in today's changing time there is scope in almost every possible field. Pursuing management course acts like cherry on your career cake by adding good opportunities in career depending on the individual's capability of utilizing the skills.
To be eligible, any aspirant who have graduated from any background with 55 percent can apply for the MBA program.
As you have shown interest in MBA (IT), I would say that the scope of MBA in IT is good, because organisations belonging to all domains, IT or non-IT have extensive IT infrastructure. For management of this infrastructure they need trained and experienced managers in IT and prefer hiring those with management background.
As for the scholarship, I would suggest you to contact the institute personally as scholarship norms differs from one university to another. I would advice you to personally contact the institute officials for any information regarding your scholarship as they will be guiding you in the best way.

As you are pursuing undergraduate course in electronics, you can pursue masters in same or related fields from US or Germany, there are many good universities in these countries, which offers MS degree in electronics and related fields.
MS degree from universities in these countries is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.The cost of education in Germany is very less as compare to US.
To pursue MS form universities in Germany and US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.

Eligibility
