Hi,
After B.com, you have two option, i.e. to go for higher studies or opt for a job.
If you wish to go for higher studies, then you can pursue:
M.com
MBA.
Msc Finance and many more course.
Before opting for a course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course.
How ever if you are interested in pursuing MBA, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA.

PGDM Stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
And MBA Stands for Master in Business Administration, And this is a Graduate Degree Course.
MBA is a degree that is affiliated to a Recognized University But PGDM is diploma approved by AICTE.
The PGDM course will be of 1 Year And 2 Year But MBA is Only 2 Year Post Graduate Course. And 2 year PGDM Course are equivalent to MBA course.
Institutes which are not affiliated to university are autonomous and can offer PGDM Course But MBA course are affiliated to a University.
