First of all I would say that as Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased opinion it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any particular Institute moreover, as these are the private training institutes which don't have any public ranking it would be difficult to suggest you one which is the best.

You cannot apply without all your marksheets/transcripts. You have to submit a marksheet to the university of each semester along with your application. You will have to wait till the time you receive your result. once your result is out, apply maximum by September/October because that is the time when the chances of getting an admission offer are highest.

If you are looking for an MBA institutes who provide SAP Training along with their MBA programme, there are not many such Institutes, one of which I could locate is Cosmic Business School that too in Delhi. I would suggest you to do a full time MBA programme from a decent University and afterwards you can plan for SAP or you can check if the SAP authorized centres give online modules.
