First of all I would say that as Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased opinion it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any particular Institute moreover, as these are the private training institutes which don't have any public ranking it would be difficult to suggest you one which is the best.
However, I would like to suggest you that before choosing any Institute you should visit the Institute first and judge the institute on following few factors: the course curriculum and the study material, The infrastructure, The faculty (their educational background), Last but not least Inst

Yes you can. you can apply for Masters in finance, Masters in HRD, MBA in Finance and MBA in HR. You are eligible to apply for any of the courses. However, with regards to MBA, you are eligible to apply only if you have minimum 2 years of work experience. So if you are planning to apply for the MBA program, gain some work experience first and then apply.
For all the mentioned courses, you have to take the GMAT and TOEFL. If you want admission in a good university, target a score above 700/100 in the GMAT/TOEFL.
