Hi Isha,
There are several options in Languages to go about and opting for either of these will entirely depend on your area of interest rather than any one's advise. Any how, depending on the present situation, you can look for the ones like Spanish, French as well known options since years, in terms f industrial fields you may look for languages like German, Japanese, Chinese or Korean as well.
There are several institutes in India offering language courses and to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:

Hi Hariharan,
If you have done a full time MBA programme from Welingkar which is one of the well reputed private Institutes you definitely will have good placements and would be able to get good career growth. However, if you have done it through distance programme I would say you have to put a lot of efforts not only while doing the programme but also while searching the job especially if you are a fresher, as in the distance programme you would not get any placement support.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hi,
The first step should be to take the GRE and score as high as you can.
Once you have taken the GRE, calculate and try to determine what kind of universities you would be eligible for on the basis of your masters percentage, bachelors percentage and your GRE score. Finally, decide the universities where you want to apply for admission. Since you are applying for a PHD program, and i assume you would be looking for fellowships and scholarships, i would recommend taking consultancy services.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
