I would not call the admission process tough but would rather frame it is competitive. The competition is very advanced specifically for a pharmacy course because pharmacy is one of the best paid sectors in Canada. Therefore, people apply to universities in Canada in majority. Some of the best universities for Masters in Pharmacy are University of Toronto, and University of Vancouver.
You would be required to take the GRE and IELTS and score above 1400 in the GRE and minimum 6.5 band score in the IELTS.
Remember, you would be competing with candidates from all over the world. The better your credentials, the better is your chance of

I prefer you do your MBA(HR) from IGNOU,Symbiosis which are the best universities in this regard. I prefer you can do this as a part time which will help you enhance your knowledge too.
