Institutes do provide placement assistance to the successful pass out students. But, no institute can guarantee you as it entirely depends on your capabilities, utilization of skills, presence of mind, communication skills, etc. You may contact the institute's placement cell and get feedback.

There are many parameters on which salary depends such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc.

You have very good chances in Banking industry both specially with public sector banks. You can apply for specialist officer position for MIS or IT division. A good number of vacancies are announced regularly in this profile by all banks. For getting selected you will need to appear for a written examination (IBPS or Specialist Officer) and personal interview with the concerned bank.
