Basic qualificatin required for taking addmision in graduation is HSC, but as you have not passed HSC you are not eligible for doing graduation. But few pvt boards, marked as fake by Govt and not eligible for govt jobs, can help you pass your HSC from back date. After doing that and if gap persists of 3 years, you can do graduation in one year.
